And thanks agent! Also for that one, you have to set the "random range parameters" in the workbench to 0! That is, have the max and min boundaries be equal.
Use notepad++ to open 'pak01_dir' in your csgo folder. Within pak01_dir you should find strings that dictate both a w_model (world model, i.e. third person model) and v_model (viewmodel, i.e. first person model) skin pathway. You just need to have it point to your own vtf!
One thing to keep in mind is that the pathway has to be the exact amount of characters as it currently is, otherwise no textures will load.
