Probably won't get an answer but, I've written over the image files for the character it's self, character save slot image, etc.
But when ever I run it it will not show up? I've also noticed there's a .zip file with the same images and an animation.xml. So I did the same there and it still will not work. Help?

This post still active for questions? Nobody replies on Klei forums, workshop or youtube so I'm running out of options. Less everyone is done till shipwrecked.

DONT STARVE MOD TOOLS ( May be windows-only, I couldnt find this on Mac OSX)

where to find it?

1.) Go to your LIBRARY or HOVER OVER IT (to put your mouse on it, but don't click it)
2.) Can you see that part where it allows you to choose from a dropdown menu: Games, Software, SteamVR, TOOLS, etc? YEA, click on TOOLS.
3.) Find DON'T STARVE MOD TOOLS and install it. How to install? Right click: Install Game OR Just Double click on it.
4.) Wait for it to finish downloading.
VOILA.
