Description
I thought it would be a good idea to see if a prisoner could stay in his cell compleatly, this is what I made.

WARNING: Riots are normal, it will take a few min for it to return to normal.

It is on a island map which is not mine.

build solitary cells, set the punishment for every misbehavior to "solitary", set hours for punishment to as many hours as possible. problem solved :3

Island maps are great for riots, if they happen. Very good idea for the locking up in their cell 100% of the time too.
