Ok, I think I know the intended solution now. I didnt try using the trick to jump myself. Its a very dangerous move, I thought I would surely die:)

By the look of the picture the hard part is done; now you have to get both cubes (one for the flip panel and one for the exit door. You can shoot a portal from the exit side to the timed funnel portalble ceiling

This faith plate was for you to jump to the timed funnel (without loosing the portal from the final part) (the gel bubble fired should give an extra impulse to reach the funnel), to get to the otherside with the second cube; anyway I changed the upper block because another player had an unintended solution using it, and no need to get extra impulse from gel either. So after you put the gel as the pic shows you just need to shot a portal behind the glass, go to the pit, then portal to that faith plate side, get the second cube and return to the exit side

I was puzzled by the faith plate in the picture, I could use it to get a block into the funnel (using the gell bomb collision). But it didn't help me complete the test. Could you make a demo of what you intended after gell placement. Is this faith plate important?

After this is hard to not get to exit!!
