Lets infuse some TF2 comic sense, shall we? Before I lay the butter on thick about the eye-popping effects, lets explain how you get there, sort of crawling first before walking before running.

What's a kit then? It's basically like TF2 paint which gives color to only cosmetic items or items that dress up your character/class. But now, these kits cover the other half of TF2's inventory which are weapons. And I lied. Well, sort of. Actually, two of the three types of kits gives your weapon a flashing color shine or sheen while the other kit, the 1st level kit, only counts a killstreak. Lame eh? That's its only living purpose. End of story for it.

*Someone shouts* "What's a killstreak?"
Bless you fool! A killstreak is how many kills you get in one life. All three types of kits count a killstreak. Every 5 kills, 10, 15 and so on ... a killstreak message appears to everyone in the server. Got it? Silence now! Doubt you could get a killstreak anyway.

So where was I? Right, I had said TF2 paint gives color and went on ..... now a Specialized kit, the 2nd level kit adds a color shine or sheen to your weapon while a Professional kit, the 3rd level kit does that plus adds eye effects. *Reader scratches their head* Remember the fancy effects of Unusual Hats? Professional Kits blast similar fancy effects but from your eyes! Valve is smart eh? All you need is a measly 10 kills to see the full effect.

Speaking of Unusual Hats, much earlier to this guide's posted date, Professional kits earned Unusual Hats status in the sense that just as how Unusual Hats drop very rarely thus their expensive price, same goes for Professional kits. I would know since I've sold so many Professional kits. Best you don't doubt that wisdom I just imparted upon you.

The valiant winners of Two Cities Mvm Tour will scream or cry at the bitter truth of the rareness of those tantalizing Professional Fabricators. The effort, the struggle while the tick-tock of the clock ticks away into hours for all four missions you have to finish to earn a fabricator. Bless your souls! Bless your pain! *Wipes tears* Most of you should know this by now unless you've been living under a rock or in a cave or in a turtle's shell. Don't complain to me about what prize you win. Scream at Valve about that. That will change of the ordinary course of events or of course in today's English with future MvM updates, more effects ...

*Numbskull shouts* "First you said you win kits, now you're saying fabricators. Make up your mind!"
Aren't you the guy who didn't know what a killstreak was? Quiet boy! He is right, however.

Sheesh children, you don't win kits! An honest mistake. Did I take my psych pills for today?Question is why would someone take the fish tank and leave the water behind? Not that riddle again! There was a half-truth in what I said earlier. Well, one-third of the truth. You only win normal kits. The lame ones. And you win Specialized and/or Professional Fabricators. This is the heart attack part for people. Fabricators ... that's a big word. Don't panic! Hold my hand, I'll ... A Fabricator is the machine you need to create a Specialized or Professional Kit. And in creating anything, you always need a few parts to assemble the final product.
Ingredients
A Specialized kit is born from a Specialized Fabricator. It needs 30 parts = 1 Unique normal killstreak weapon + some Battle-Worn parts + some Reinforced Robot parts. The 'some' changes for every fabricator. Deal with it!

The 1st requirement of any fabricator is a Unique killstreak Item. Lets break it down. Only 'Unique' and 'Item' are new terms. 'Unique' means the quality of the weapons that drops when you play TF2. The ones with a yellow border around a weapon in your backpack. The qualities that don't drop are Stranges, Genuines, etc. This means you can't use a strange or genuine or whatever killstreak weapon in crafting. Only use a Unique killstreak weapon. For the love of humanity, remember this!

'Item' just means the weapon. Valve should've really just said weapon. It can't be anything else. So a killstreak weapon which you get by adding a (weapon name) kit to (same name) weapon.

In crafting kits, you can use ANY killstreak WEAPON in any fabricator. For example, you wanted to craft a Specialized Manndarin Minigun Kit ... you can use a Unique killstreak Candy Cane or Pain Train or Ubersaw or etc. Using a melee killstreak weapon is wiser since those are cheaper to buy.

A Professional kit is born from a Professional Fabricator that needs a total of 87 parts = 2 Unique Specialized killstreak weapons + some Battle-Worn parts + some Reinforced Robot parts + some Pristine Robot parts.

*Someone just fainted. Another sees question marks as his new best friend.*
Concoction
This is simple children. Lets sample the entire crafting process for a Professional Minigun Kit, shall we? Remember, the kits or killstreak weapons you use for the entire crafting process don't matter.

Lift the heavy Professional Minigun Fabricator and set it in front of you. Stop stroking it! Wear your goggles. The crafting process is going to get very bright!

The 1st requirement is 2x Unique Specialized Killstreak Item. We broke those terms earlier and all this means is 2 Unique Specialized weapons. Which means we need 2 Specialized kits that you build from 2 Specialized fabricators. Lets build 1 Specialized kit first ...

Take a Killstreak Ubersaw kit and apply it to a shiny Unique Ubersaw. Now that has become a Killstreak Ubersaw. Put that into a Specialized Pain Train fabricator + the required robot parts and voila! You have created a Specialized Pain Train kit.

Set the steaming hot kit aside for later. Now go and make another Specialized melee weapon kit. Lets say you made a Specialized Sandman kit.

Appy both Specialized kits to their respective weapons, one on a Unique Pain Train and the other on a Unique Sandman. Now, you have 2 Specialized weapons. You just completed the 1st requirement for the Professional fabricator. You want a break? Focus! This is the easy part.

Insert the Specialized Pain Train and Sandman in it, then add its required parts and stand back. In a few seconds ... & voila! There's your sharp Professional Minigun Kit. Well, what are you waiting for? Stop! Choose wisely if you want to apply it to a Strange Minigun or Strange Festive Minigun or ANY quality Minigun. Ah, now you can go show off its eye effects.
Feast
Here's a mind-numbing fact about the kits. There's a kit for every TF2 weapon and quality. Let that fact sink in. EVERY QUALITY of TF2 weapon! Yes, Strange Festives, Botkillers, Genuines, Vintages .... you get the big picture? That is a massive picture! Oh Valve .... I had thought they would save some qualities for the next MvM update but apparently not. Which begs the question, what shall they wrap for us in the next MvM update?

Moving onto the feast, you are going to be spoiled for choice. Unbelievably spoiled! There are
7 sheens and 7 eye effects. Can you do the math? A calculator really? It's 49 combinations you numbskulls! But that doesn't mean there are only 49 pictures. Oh no. Spoiled, remember? Since Singularity and Team Shine drop the least or are the rarest, they lead the gallery. Rest alphabetical.

Lets clap, take a bow, curtsey, whistle, raise a toast, lay out the red carpet for all my friends that allowed me to display their Professional effects, who have been credited in each picture. Also, I'll take a thumbs up rating on top of this guide if you think I deserve it.

Evidenlty, we walked first then crawled then ran. Where's my psych medication ... or was it amnesia?

Behold the extensive gallery ...
