Particles for IO. This is what he really looks like!

PLEASE NOTE:

This is the REAL Official version, and I got permission from DOWN_LIMIT to use his Idea. Thus, he did half the work.
I made the particles and texture for it.

I have tested it in the paticle editor, but not in game due to not being able to over-write the particle files. I guess valve would know how to implement it correctly in the end.
