Introduction

This guide contains a video solution for every level (6-20) to get the "Perfect Score #2" achievement.

Perfect Score #2
Complete level 6 to 20 with perfect score

Additional achievements:

No Builders
Complete the "Three Paths" level by only using the blow action

Alternatives
Complete the "Two sides" level without using the grow action

The Apprentice
Collect 30 plants in any completed level

The Other Way
Complete "Cave Story" without using the 3 top-left spirits

6. Mushrooms

Difficulty: Easy
Note: Don't miss the bottom-left plant.

7. Release

Difficulty: Very Easy

8. Confusion

Difficulty: Easy

9. Plants

Difficulty: Very Easy

10. Zigzag

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: Don't miss the plant next to the exit.

11. Three paths / "No Builders"

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: Sometimes the spirits get stuck on the left path, so you might need to change the cloud placement. If you follow the video, you will also get the "No Builders" achievement.

No Builders
Complete the "Three Paths" level by only using the blow action

12. Pitfall

Difficulty: Easy

13. Bump

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: Make sure to get all plants on the ground.

14. Two sides / "Alternatives"

Difficulty: Easy
Note: If you follow the video, you will also get the "Alternatives" achievement.

Alternatives
Complete the "Two sides" level without using the grow action

15. Up up

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: Make sure to get all plants before you use the 3rd blow action.

16. Wind and plants

Difficulty: Medium
Note: Pause the game to keep some space between the spirits or if you want to perform multiple actions.

17. The hill

Difficulty: Medium - Hard
Note: This level can be really hard, because the wind is unpredictable. If the cloud placement differs just a little bit, your spirits will behave completely different. The plant in the small cave can be tricky, too. Use at most 3 spirits to get that one!

You should also get the "The Apprentice" achievement at this point.

The Apprentice
Collect 30 plants in any completed level

18. Cave Story / "The Other Way"

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: If the spirits get stuck on their way to the exit try to change the tunnel or cloud placement.

Additional achievement:

The Other Way
Complete "Cave Story" without using the 3 top-left spirits

Difficulty: Easy - Medium
Note: "The Other Way" achievement only. You won't get a perfect score this way!

19. A strange place

Difficulty: Easy
Note: Don't miss the plant below the exit.

20. Edge

Difficulty: Medium
Note: Don't miss any plants and pause the game to keep some space between the spirits.

I may have found the problem - I think it is just I am blind to red text so read the spirits saved score but not the plants score...

You can go to the level selection and check the score for every level (Completed with <-> Perfect solution). If you really got the perfect score for 6-20 and didn't get the achievement, try to beat level 21.

Hi, for every level I have got/beaten the score yes, but for one of two of them I lost one extra spirit compared to the videos if this makes a difference? But yes I did beat. :/

I never had any problems with the achievements, so it's hard to say what happened here. Did you check every single level (level select) if you really got the perfect score?

I have beat the perfect solution for levels 6-20, but have not gained the achievement. Any ideas?
