★AK-47

-Medium to long range, the AK is best fired in as little as 2 shot bursts. When the AK is "steady" (hasn't been fired in a second or two) the first shot is really accurate and it is lethal to the head.
-Try to take advantage of that. When having a long range fire fight try to get the gun back to steady at every opportunity. This can be done very quickly by switching to your knife and then right back to the AK.
-Close range is another story. When spraying the AK's recoil is nuts.
-Try to aim around the neck area at first but then immediately pull the aim down as much as you can while it sprays. If you don't get that headshot at first then you have to hope that as you pull the aim down the spray will go up towards the head.
-Also, and this applies to every gun, but a really bad habit to get into in CS is crouching every time you shoot. A moving target is harder to hit than a stationary one, so try to get used to strafing. stopping for a second while you shoot, then going back to strafing. -Also if you come up in close quarters with someone who's crouching try and just run around them while you spray at them instead of crouching as well.
- Crouching is best used when you get the jump on someone who doesn't see you so you can try for the most accurate shots at them.

★M4A4

-More accurate but less damaging than its AK-47 counterpart, the M4A4 is the full-auto assault rifle of choice for CT.
