Kurai, first I would suggest (if you haven't already) subbing to other addons to see if it's just a temporary Steam server issue. If it's not, then I would try subbing to the problematic addon via Steam browser once you've loaded up the game and you're at the main menu.

Failing that, it might be worth a shot verifying the integrity of the game cache.

I'm having a bit of a problem with this addon. For some reason it will not be downloaded properly after subscribing this addon. The addon will not appear in my Add-Ons menu nor in my workshop folder or addon folder. Is there a way of fixing this issue?

I've tried cleaning my folder and re-running the game, and it still will not download into the folders nor in the game's addon menu.
