The map shows you approved Hilclimbtracks which can be driven without skipping parts. Note that all tracks were driven with a Hamaya Cougar 600 so I can't guarantee if the tracks work with other motorbikes.
If you find new tracks, tell me the coordinates. I can also send you the .psd file if you want to add multiple tracks.

Red=Easy, Blue=Medium, Green=Hard, Pink=Start of a track, Orange=Peak(only available if there are 2 tracks from opposing directions going to one peak).
Numbers indicate the relative height
Yellow circles are showing bigger hillclimb areas

Hillclimbing describes a sport where you need to drive as fast as you can with a motorcycle to the top of a mountain.

You need Just Cause 2 and a mod that unlocks all vehicles at the blackmarket, I recommend zxz's Blackmarket Mod:

Before you start you need to find a suitable track, you can do this by either flying around a mountain with a helicopter or by searching for a track on the map.
Here's an example how a good track should look like when flying with a helicopter:

To begin your ride you need a motorcycle, I prefer Hamaya Cougar 600 which you can see below:

Use the keys W/S to start and to stop, use A/S to drive left and right, use control to lean backwards and shift to lean forwards. Drive safely and fast at the same time
The video below shows you some more advanced methods to get onto the top of mountains

What are Stages?
Stages are flat areas of a mountain where you can stand safely, they are used as spawn points if you loose your motorbike. While riding always go from stage to stage.

You can also hillclimb with your friends in multiplayer. Here's an example how an race could look like.
1. The track for the race is set with fixed start and end point
2. The participants all get the same motorbikes then they need to go in a line
3. When everyone is ready someone says "GO" and the race starts
4. If someone looses his motorcycle he is allowed to get a new one at the last stage he passed, if there are no stages he can spawn a new one at the position where he lost his motorbike
5. The first one who reaches the peak is the winner, if no one reaches the peak the one who got furthest wins
