Sadly, I couldn't load it due to the damned limitation. Still, it is a very beautyful masterpiece.

Yes it is. I have all the DLCs and it works fine. It requires Dragonborn to play.

Could you explain what you mean?
There are things you can melt with the areas.
There are more scrolls than the number of ice, because people might use them for other purposes
