Cultural Overhaul - No Traditions 2.0.2 with Localisation Update(1080p Patch)

Description
This fix should no longer be needed.

Temporary fix for the 1080p resolution on Stellaris v2.0.2. Requires Cultural Overhaul. I did not originally make this, I only changed names so it works with Cultural Overhaul. All credit goes to the author here

Firstly, if you're using this mod, 1080p overhaul, cultural overhaul, and plentiful traditions, you're using the wrong one. So be sure you use the correct one.

Second, this mod has no effect on civics. It is only effecting traditions.
