When you start a new game, select 18.3 update Database and not the Standard Database.

I did some, for the biggest transfers (did the 3 you mention). But not a lot.

Does this update include squad numbers, ie. Sanchez 7, Mkhitaryan 7, Auba 14, rather than the default numbers given ingame when starting a save (Mkhi had number 12 for example)
