Description
For a version that only gives the repeatable techs... (Use the techs-only one for when you have a traditions mod. It will conflict!)

Adds 3 repeatable techs, with 7 levels each, to get more of these new perk slots, for a total of 21. Each field of research has one of the three. Requires researching "Ascension Theory" rare tech in Society research first to unlock the 3 others.

Also increases the total number of ascension perk slots to 24, provided you have the space for them all.

Originally I used Plentiful Traditions. While I have since moved to Expanded Stellaris Traditions, you can find a Plnetiful Traditions Addon to go with it, giving a lot more slots for perks.

Has anyone found a solution for only having 20 slots?

I found the culprit "RPG Traits Core [Official Version]" was replacing the "Ascension Theory" tech for some reason. So it was a mod conflict on my end and removing that mod fixed the issue. Thank you for your help.

Okay. So, I took a look at it, and I am still seeing it pop up. So, it is either that another mod is conflicting with it, OR, you've just gotten very unlucky. The best way I can suggest to check this, is to start up a non-Ironman game, use console commands to rush through technology. Get to where Ascension Theory pops up, research it. Afterwards, do "techweights soc", or instead of soc, you can use eng or phy. If you see something come up with "Societal Ascension", "Computational Ascension", or "Industrial Ascension", they should be able to come up, and it's just been a matter of poor luck. They are rare finds, even if they don't have the purple color.

I can take a look at it this weekend, if not tonight. The new DLC might have caused a problem.

I have researched every tech option that there is, even the repeatable ones many times over and the "Ascension Theory" one a while ago but still no new tech options added by this mod.

It shouldn't affect traditions at all, but I'll be taking a look here in a moment myself. As far as the techs go - you have to research the vanilla "Ascension Theory" perk as a gateway. It's a rare one, and typically seen at the end of a game.
