It's a sort of double trouble faction. It's not computer friendly due to the possibility of having 64 ships in a single sector.

Kir is a faction with a powerful shield/factory/flak cannon while Fiev is a faction cheaper but with a better plasma cannon than terran.
Both doesn't have big/capital ships, only small ships.

Kir is a peaceful faction who know how to defend themself and to be dissuasive. They travel in groups.
Fiev travel in groups and is a aggressive faction which can make them dangerous in early game.
