On other note ... I know that stoic removes shield, so before anyone posts that shield panel bork due stoic ... i know ... it works just fine with other perk decks.

Note on things to do :
-Deal with that shield thing
-Add Stoic Health Thing
-Figure out what else is bork
-Apologize to everyone who used my HUD, For me being a Lazy bum and not standing up to my promise of releasing after Crimefest ends

ETA : Hopefully before 2018, As so far it doesn't seem like that much is bork, just few simple line changes... (Tho i haven't tested it out in a wild with other people)
