City of the Gods - House/Town Mod

In the College of Winterhold Library lies a mysterious book called the City of the Gods. Which contains the tale of a Dragonborn named Emerant several centuries ago. The book contains a note at the end describing the location of a Portal leading to another plane of Oblivion. There you will meet Emerant, who will send you on a quest to Coldharbour, the realm of Molag Bal to retrieve something. As a reward you will gain acces to his mansion. In this realm you will find a Blacksmith, a General store. (warning: English is not my native language)
