If you want to unlock all dresses and weapons:

1 - Go to the game folder:

32 bits
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\Config

64 bits
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\Config

2 - Open the file DefaultEngine.ini with Notepad.

3 - Find the line:

GIsSpecialPCEdition=FALSE

4 - Change FALSE to TRUE:

GIsSpecialPCEdition=TRUE

5 - Save the changes and close.

And now run the game Alice: Madness Returns and enjoy!

Sorry to bother, it works! As for the other dresses and weapons - I guess you have to unlock them first and I've tried to equip them at the very strart of the game.
After I've downloaded a save file with 100% completion - they're all there!

In fact I think there only dresses that are on the picture above. But where are all the others like siren, silkmaiden, steam, royal?..

Hmm.. it works but somehow only partially. There's some dresses missing and no selections of different weapons at all. Wierd.. did someone else experience such behavior?

Confirming that it works on my steamdeck OLED. Got the weapons and dresses. Also got a main menu options to play American McGee's Alice but when I select it, it just force codes my game

it works, but for some reason whenever I select the DLC weapons skin it keeps on changing to the previous ones.
