Great Heroes Extended to Khans

This is edited from Smig's original work, and should be used in conjunction with Great Heroes. Smig's Great Heroes mod is seemingly inactive, with people saying they wished it would apply to Mongolia's Khans. I went ahead and made it do that, so it is recommended that you use this mod in conjunction with Smig's original work below.

Extends the combat capabilities of the Great Heroes mod to work with Khans. Khans retain their added bonuses of 5 movement and having Enhanced Medic.

Edit: Im being told the mod is not showing up for some people in the mods list. I would appreciate it if you let me know if the mod shows up or not. Thanks!
