As for lava, I've though about doing underground layers but their "cave-ish-ness" is so important to them that putting them in a glass dome would either be pointless (if I kept them as caves) or would destroy their essence (if I opened them up).
Second, Creativerse does not allow for the placement of moss - a problem, because weepwood trees are full of it. What I've done is place weepwood logs where the mold would be. Hopefully we'll get the ability to place moss in the future, then you'll will be able to replace the logs with moss. For now, replace the weepwood logs with regular weepwood.
Finally, auto-fill doesn't work right with liquids. If you place a liquid next to other, already placed, liquids, the auto-fill will also drop liquid on the previously filled areas. This is a huge waste of liquid, which isn't cheap in terms of cells. I'd suggest turning auto-fill off in the options and filling one by one.
