Description
residential high | LV 3 | 2x2

This asset does not flatten terrain and comes without props and trees.
The underground part is visible. However, this causes a lack of snow on winter maps.

Building Information
This is a classic decorated brick /clinker building you find in the towns and cities along the Middle Rhine, Germany. I assume it was build around the late 19th to early 20th century (there is a similar building with a date plate nearby).

Typical for the middle rhine area is the roof type similar to dragon scales (called "Altdeutsche Deckung" // old German style roofing). The model itself is about true to scale, I measured it myself (yes, you can do this on sunday mornings here, just dont get caught :D)

Big thanks to (again) Matt Crux and Lost_Gecko, for their guides and direct help.
