NPC reactions from spells removed

Description
Makes NPC's not constantly tell you that you have a dangerous spells, or get away from me, etc.

Does not modify MGEF's in any way, so should be compatible with just about everything under the sun.

yeah, but what I'd like, if possible, is some differentiation on the use instead of just getting rid of it. make it a lil more context sensitive if possible. I can understand people being skiddish regarding magic and summons and necromancy cause skyrim lore has the nords mistrustful in general of magic, summoners are shunned and necromancy is plain frowned upon. But when I'm in the company of a fellow mage, I don't want them running away or doing the "That spell looks dangerous.." bit when they themselves turn around and use the same spell next fight. that or, if I fight to save people, get the 'honor' of being thane, which is supposedly as much an honor as being granted knighthood or something, and they shun me cause I have a flame thrall out that just helped me save their lives from the dragon that tried to eat their face not even 30 seconds previous :p

I use Dead Thrall a lot, you have no idea how long I'd been looking for a mod like this to get NPCs to say ANYTHING else to me (almost tried making my own! Thank you so much! No more "That spell looks dangerous, keep your distance!" :) Once my own thrall said that line to me, then I knew I had to change something.

Removed the old esp and downloaded this one to test, couldn't get any of the usual "get away from me" or similar comments out of anybody in whiterun or windhelm, so it appears to be working... but the workshop didn't actually activate it right away, make sure it's listed in your data files list on the launcher, mine wasn't listed at first.

Try the one on the Nexus, this one should be identical but I will double check in the meantime.
