Ikatachi - NWDM UWE Patch

New Weapon Dissemination Mod and Universal Wasteland Expansion both have a weapon named Tachi which can cause issues and confusion.

This mod simply renamed the NWDM Tachi, but rather than do something boring like attaching (NWDM), I gave it it's own name.

Introducing the Ikatachi! Named after the author of NWDM.

Full disclosure, I don't know japanese but google translate tells me it means "The Following" which is a fine enough name for a sword to me.
