My apologies for missing out on your message...I really have a habit of not checking my notifications these days. Anyways, it has been some time but I remember the model was from some GTA mod (which in turn was taken from the game you mention). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the programs that allow me to obtain the models, so I cannot help you beyond this information.
