It's already a legendary classic
*Revised Review*
Prooooobably not the hardest game there is around there, but it sure is intense. It's fun.

It teaches you to persevere, to think critically, to execute acurately and speedily.

It offers great value for completionists and people seeking a decent challenge, like me.

The difficulty isn't trivial (B.S. like "The Impossible Game" and similar 200X flash games, really, those are simply dumb.), and it's pretty good for intermediate-hard core.
For reference, it probably is around Dark Souls tier difficulty.
(come on, don't overrate DS, it is hard but it's not friggin' hell.)

You might have heard that this game is "massochistic" and "rage-inducing" but to be honest modern competitive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trigger me much more than this. I'm okay with failing something if i can learn from it and eventually climb over it. It's satisfying.

On the offside, multiplayer competitive games don't offer this at all, mistakes' worth is very wildly variable and your input on the game's outcome is terribly light.

TL;DR:Super Meat Boy: Hard, completionist-friendly platformer: 9.25/10
