High ping or unstable connectivity to our servers?
For Latency Issues

Kindly gather your IP address (obtainable from http://lg.shana.sg) and a forward traceroute from your system.

How to get your forward traceroute?

* For Windows-based system, open the Command Prompt and entering "tracert 103.241.61.30".

In order to open Command prompt ( Use either one of it ):
  1. Press Start -> Type cmd <For window Vista, 7 ,8, 8.1 >
  2. At desktop, press Window key (keyboard) + R at the same time -> Type cmd

* For Unix-based systems, use "traceroute 103.241.61.30".

After gathering this information, send it to cjieliang@gmail.com
