ATM it seems like XB1 and Xbox 360 have no major problems with installing and/or playing the game. For PS4/PS3 users, however, if the game doesn't appears when u go to the PS store > downloads, then i have a found a way another way to get access to the game.

Add the game to your cart > sign into your PS account, confirm (free) purchase, and now try again and look for it in your downloads. Once done installing, you'll need to login to your Origin account to play and that it will be all if I'm correct :)
