Step 1 -Download a skin of your choice

Step 2 -Locate your steam skins folder(EX: C:/x86/steam/skins)

Step 3 -Unzip the "Red FlareV.Zip" and Drag and drop both the "rf_chatgraphics" and "Red Flare" folders into the "skins" folder

Step 4 -Open the folder "INSTALL THESE FONTS BEFORE USING SKIN!"

Step 5 -Double Click the file "orbitron-black" a window will open.

Step 6 -Click the "Install" button at the top. Wait till its done then close that window.

Step 7 -Go into Steam. At the top left hit the "steam" button, then select "settings".

Step 8 -Go to the "Interface" tab on the left.

Step 9 -About halfway down the menu look for the dropdown menu(Above the dropdown menu it should say "Select the skin you wish Steam to use".

Step 10 -Select "Red Flare". It will ask you to restart steam, hit the confirm button.

Step 11 -Enjoy the skin!

Note - Make sure the unzip the .Zip file otherwise the skin will NOT work.
Note - When updating if a version does not come with a "rf_chatgraphics" then the most recent "rf_chatgraphics" will work.
