Basic Rights
=====================
the election of the king by all nobles wishing to participate, known as wolna elekcja (free election);
pacta conventa (Latin), "agreed-to agreements" negotiated with the king-elect, including a bill of rights, binding on the king, derived from the earlier King Henry's Articles;
rokosz (insurrection), the right of szlachta to form a legal rebellion against a king who violated their guaranteed freedoms;
religious freedom guaranted by Warsaw Confederation Act 1573,[1]
liberum veto (Latin), the right of an individual land envoy to oppose a decision by the majority in a Sejm session; the voicing of such a "free veto" nullified all the legislation that had been passed at that session; during the crisis of the second half of the 17th century, Polish nobles could also use the liberum veto in provincial sejmiks;
konfederacja (from the Latin confederatio), the right to form an organization to force through a common political aim.

Nobility
====================
The King acts as the head of diplomacy, and is the commander and chief of the military, however, monarchal policy can vary locally from region to region.
to pass a new law or bill it must have the approval of the grand duke of lituania, the king, and the Prince of Krakow, along with the ther senate

The Senate
=====================
The senate is run by two seperate, but equal house's, for a bill to be sent to the nobility, it must first pass both house's, the sepecifics of both are below

Upper House
=================
-Only nobles can be elected to this house
Majority vote passes a bill through this House of the Senate
Only the Archbishop of Gniezio, the Chancellor of the Crown, and the Chancellor of Lituania have the right of speech, they can grant speech to other members of the council, the council conviens at its own discresion, must have more than 50% of members present to be valid

Pivy Council

-Only Peasants can Run for this house
-Prime Minister is Elected by members of this council
Majority still passes bills in this house, although anyone can speak, prime minister has no vote, simply presides over the meetings, 50% required for session ot be valid

If the King violates these laws, legal rebellion is allowed, although must be passed by a full session of each house, and the courts of poland and lithania
