As mentioned on the main steam forums, I set up a special type of server for L4D1 dedicated mebers of this group, RotF, and Undead Union.

It will consist of all the following:

Campaigns
The normal camapigns (25 maps total)
The best alternate versions of the normal campaigns (103 maps total)
The L4D2 campaigns (30 maps total)
All available Minecraft campaigns (8 maps total)

Playable Characters
The normal four survivors
Beta styled versions of the normal survivors
The 4 survivors from L4D2
Beta styled versions of the survivors from L4D2
News Chopper 5 Pilot
Whitaker from L4D2
Four random minecarft skins that will vary weekly

Special Infected
Both of the L4D1 & L4D2 versions of the Boomer, Hunter, Smoker, Tank, and the Witch. (They will randomly appear through out a map)
Beta Styled versions of the L4D1 special infected.
Minecraft bosses.

Music
All the music from L4D2 combined with the music of L4D1 to give more variety per map of the music played. For example, the Tank will have one of 4 themes that randomly play when you fight him instead of just one.

There will be a bit more than this split in two packs made for the server that you install. And for those of you who have a computer that can't run L4D2 as well as L4D1, this will be a treat for you especially. It will be like installing L4D2 as an addon to L4D1. The full game of L4D2 is over 14GB. The pack for the server will be less than half that size!

The the best part about the minecraft skins is that you DON'T have to install them. The minecraft skins can also be requested weekly to be of ANY character you want (from any game, movie, anime, or anything else).

The server will appear in the main menu of L4D on the bottom right hand side where is says steamgroup servers. The name is L4D1 + L4D2 server. If you have any questions or suggestions let me know :)
