So, hey, how about a race?

Rules:
-be skilled, but not a super speedrunner of this game (that's pretty hard to define, but basically this race is meant for the people who are really good at the game (even if with just one character), but not to, say, AGDQ or SDA standards (or top of leaderboards). Sorry HDL and ShadowArk :P)
-Any character can be chosen. It'll be a matter of who can finish their run first.
-no glitches that aren't achievements (i.e. no Lilac Relic maze zip glitch, however running under Fortune Night seesaws is allowed, as it was shown in the trailer)
-RECOMENDATION: participants must be able to use skype/steam vc (figuring out which to use)
-each participant must record their own game
-game must be played on normal mode (no health regen!)
-classic mode. can't have cutscenes slowing us down in a race, as cute/funny/epic as they are :P

I'm planning for the race to be sometime in the middle of next week (tuesday-thursday, but if necessary it can change, though I would like it to be next week).

I'm hoping for an 8 player race (obviously I want to participate), but more people can join the skype call if they wish, just remember that they'll have to record their own commentary, and be sure to let me know in advance if you want to join the call, I don't want a repeat of what happened the first time I tried to stream Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow ... *AHEM!*


Also, someone who knows how to set up these kinds of videos, could you please help me set up the video when it happens? I ... don't know how to do race videos, just the actual race. ^^' Any volunteers for that?

Edit: Date changed again, the race will happen on Sunday, March 29th. Start time will be around 1-2 PM New York Time, giving everyone time to prepare.

Edit: It occurs to me that I should clarify something regarding the glitch rule. The trick to skip most of the yellow puzzle in relic maze is allowed, just not the part that zips your up to the purple room. Just to clarify that. Also, no easy spade kills with Carol, that is prohibited.

Edit: we will be using skype. The group name for the race is Freedom Planet Race Group, and has Planet Avalice's picture. Plom will be recording the call.
