I have realized through the views of others and the my personal realiazition of my ineptitude in the past month our Navy has been grossely forgotten, which is mostly my fault. As a result I am insituting massive reforms which shall be seen in the next week or two.

Admiral = Admiral, 1 position

Vizeadmiral = Vice Admiral, 2 positions

Konteradmiral = Rear Admiral, 3 Positions

Flottillenadmiral = Commodore

Kapitän zur See = Captain

Fregattenkapitän = Commander

All new recruits will be Fregattenkapitäns until they have proven themselves worthy of being a Captain. All seeking more command and have shown distinction will be made Kapitän zur See, plus those who show great promise or talent will be given the honorary position of Flottillenadmiral. Eventually though hard work and preservation you shall be rewarded with leadership positions upon approval of Matamir or I, and spaces are limited so don’t wait.

WE STILL HAVN'T DONE ANYTHING?! OR DO I HAVE TO SAY "YOU" BECAUSE HAVE BEEN BUSY BUT THE REST?!?!... DO YOU GUYS WANT TO PUT SOME EFFORT IN THIS POTENTIALLY BIG CLUB OR NOT????

with all rspect but as a member of E.M.P.I.R.E. i wish that we begin to recruit new members + that our subgroups as Kriegmarine etc. can get more.. well... "life"...

Im sincerely worried about the future of our group and right-winged groups in general! If this is not fixed i am afraid i will leave (and not only me but others too) this awesome group as protest for bad leaders (REALLY, NO OFFENSE) im just so worried because i love this group so much!!!!

Think of this: if even we go down... how many will follow us???
