First of all I am not a Middleman who helps people with Real money trades for example:
if you want to buy White Zombas for real money I am not the one you should go to.

I am only there for players who want to trade their items against someones else his items.

What does a Middleman do exactly?

A middleman will usually hold on to the items from person A of the trade. While the middleman is holding the items, person B sends their part of the trade over to person A. Once that is complete, the middleman sends person A's items over to person B.

Or...

A middleman ask both persons to give their items to him, then he sends person A's items over to person B and person B's items over to person A.
there is a reason for him to do this: imagine person A gives person B 49 keys instead of 50. Person B wants 50 keys but person A has only 49 so the middleman asks Person B to give him the 49 keys so he can return person B his item(s) and give person A his keys back. if person B doesnt want to return the 49 keys there is nothing else for the middleman to do to than give person B's items to person A.
