By recent ruling in UFN:

With a 100% yes vote, we shall now be like CoN in it's infancy. We are strictly a place where everyone in RP can announce their group business and interests.

It is hereby ruled that:

- Tier 1 is officially closed
- Tier 2 will remain open for all those who wish to be in it, until the Tier's eventual death

I would also like to add, that it appears my experiment has worked.

But my non-interest in the affairs of UFN's Tiers and UFN itself, as well as bringing back the old RP groups, many of you have decided to quit Tier life, and embrace the glorious non-Tier RP, like back in the old days. I pat myself on the back.

But I also applaud you, and would give you a hug if it weren't for this being the internet, and the fact that I don't want to hug any of you (lol).

Well, I look forward to increased UFN activity (hopefully).
