Unit Limitation Rules

Rule U1: Max 6 of same.

Rule U2: Max 6 Cavalry (Melee Cavalry, Shock Cavalry & Mounted Skirmishers).

Rule U3: Max 8 Infantry Skirmishers (Naft Throwers count as infantry skirmishers).

Rule U4: Max 2 Mounted Skirmishers (Counts towards Cavalry limit - Rule U2).

Rule U5: Max 4 pikemen.

Rule U6: Max 1 Elephant.

Rule U7: General is not included in any of the above restrictions (Rules: U2, U3, U4).

Rule U8: Artillery and Scorpios are banned.



Game Setup Rules

Rule G1: 20 Minute Timer.

Rule G2: Large Unit Size (Players need to set this in their own game's settings).

Rule G3: Large Funds (10,000).

Rule G4: No Deployables.

Rule G5-A: Map - Kariskos (X:0.634 - Y:0.204)
Rule G5-B: Attacker Direction - North
Rule G5-C: Map Upgrade - None
Rule G5-D: Season - Spring
Rule G5-E: Weather - Dry

Rule G6: "Battle Realism Mode" must be off.

Rule G7: "Large Armies" must be off.

Rule G8: Spectators are allowed only if both player agree (Max 2 spectators).



Gameplay Rules

Rule P1: Both players are attackers (You are allowed to take a defensive postion if
your opponent is skirmishing and is refusing to engage in melee, you must start attacking again when he/she stops skirmishing).

Rule P2: Pikebox is strictly prohibited (Even in late game, even if only pikemen left).

Rule P3: No red line camping.

Rule P4: No forrest camping (No more than 50% of army can be in forrest).

Rule P5: No pull through (Except throught skirmishers or units that are knocked
down). Elephant units are excluded from this rule (Allowed to pull through).

Rule P6: Guerrilla deployment is prohibited if both players are using a Celtic faction.

Rule P7: Do not use anything else that is clearly an exploit/bug.

Rule P8: If your opponent asks for a pause, you must pause.



Faction Pick Rules

Rule F1: Both players keep picking untill they are both happy with the match up.

Rule F2: Mirrors are allowed (Player who chooses mirror loses the right to switch to another faction while their opponent is allowed to switch one last time).

Rule F3: The same faction can only be used one time in a BO# (Per Player).

Rule F4: A faction can be used in as many BO# as the player wants.



Match Rules

Rule M1: If their is a draw between 2 players for prograssion from group stage Challonge's build in tie breaker feature will be used to decide who progresses.

Rule M2: If a player refuses to play against a specific player in group stage then he/she will get an automatic loss (No action will be taken if you report it in the last 3 days, it's your own fault if you wait till the last minute).

Rule M3: If a player becomes innactive during group stage he/she is removed from the tournament and all games vs that player are wins for his/her opponents even ones he/she won (No action will be taken if you report it in the last 3 days, it's your own fault if you wait till the last minute).

Rule M4: If a player fails to play their game in the Finals section by the specified date he/she will get an automatic loss (Must provide evidence such as a screenshot to prove he/she tried to get their opponent to play).

Rule M5: If both players fail to play their game they will be notified and given a 24 hour extension, if they still fail to play their game a random number generator will be used to give the win to 1 of them to allow then tournament to progress.

Rule M6: If a player drops and neither player is 100% obviously the winner then the game must be played again with the same exact armies (Second drop results in loss).
