1. Dont lie.
2. Use the format the way shown below.
3. Dont make up reasons to report.

Reporting Format:
Name: (Name of accused.)
Date: (Date from when event happened.)
Discription: (A five line max disscription of what the accused person did.)
Proof: (Video or Picture of what the accused did.)
Witnesses: (List other people who saw what happen.)
