We all make mistakes and need chance for change & forgiveness and in this group you have chances to help yourself change for the better and which in-turn can earn the repect of other members, But in the end we all need rules , but fair and reasonable rules with fair and reasonable punishments and yes there will be a Permanent Ban when you break enough rules , enough times , But even then there is a chance for forgiveness.
