You are probably seeing this thread because you clicked the Refund Policy URL on my profile.

So, if you are buying keys for real money from me, but for some reason, you changed your mind, or something happened that you don't need the key(s) anymore - read this thread!

SO READ THE POLICY!

1. Refund Period
1.1. Refunds are issued in a 24 hour period after the deal, no later
1.2. If you have completed the transaction, and I am ready to trade you can re-think your trade for no longer than 1 hour, please don't waste my time.
1.3. After the 24-hour period, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cases when a refund is possible
2.1. The 24-hour period hasn't expired.
2.2. You do not have a trade hold (you have the mobile app).
2.3. You do not have any trade cooldowns.
2.4. You have fully paid the order, but don't want it any longer.

3. Cases when a refund is not possible
3.1. 24-hour period expires
3.2. You have 72 hour trade hold
3.3. You have a trade ban/cooldown, or can't trade for some reason.
3.4. You haven't completed the payment.
3.4.1. Incomplete payments are marked as UNPAID, so there is no evidence for a refund

4. Refund order
4.1. Contact me via message in Steam, I will answer if I am online, or ASAP.
4.2. If your refund is possible, provide your bank card details.
4.3. Send a trade offer / trade request and send me back the keys. You always go first.
4.4. You receive the money to the bank card number you have provided in Step 4.2.
4.4.1. Your card must not be limited (must accept international transactions).
4.4.2. Your bank might conduct a currency exchange at it's rate because you get your refund in USD.
4.4.2.1. WeChat Money users receive their refunds in CNY without fees.
4.4.3. You cover fees if your bank asks for it.

5. But, remember cancelling your orders is not nice, so think!
