The Ace of Spades takes the lead role in most things, especially management. Much like the one you'll find in a deck of cards, the Ace of Spades appears to be more prominent then the other, appearing first, sometimes appearing more glorified too. This is not the case though, the Ace of Spades takes on the responsibilities whilst sharing the benefits. Although it may appear otherwise, the Ace of Spades in a deck of cards is no more important than any other Ace. the same applies here.

The Ace of Hearts speaks for itself, it's open and honest, sometimes too honest. It speaks straight from the heart, which can be good or bad. The Ace of Hearts is known for, wait for it, it's Heart! It has the biggest ambitions, dreams, heart, out of all of the Aces. Although the Ace of Hearts may not always be able to achieve it's ambitions, it often reaches further than others and reaps those benefits.

The ace of Clubs has experience in many things, it's a silent leader. It's the guy at the back starting the crowd chanting, or the beginning of a Mexican wave. Ironically, it gets heard as much as it doesn't. but when it does, it leads with abnormal power. A great adviser.

The Ace of Diamonds if magnificent, it glows in light and dark alike. A devastating dark red, it's both as much evil as it is good. It is what you make of it. Push it in the direction of peace and you'll get peace, do the opposite and you'll get war. The Ace of Diamonds is the driving force behind the other cards, pushing people towards its goals. Although sometimes it doesn't agree with what it has been commissioned, it is honor bound to push others desires. It does of course, suggest many of its own.

The Joker fills in the gaps in the deck, holding the clan together. Its role was introduced to help make clan decisions easier by providing an odd number of voters. Before it's existance, there was a sense of lost communication, lost unity. As you'd expect, the joker loves to jest. These characteristics help the Joker pull the clan closer together.
