Use the format

[H] > Item(s) you have here < [W] > Item(s) you want/Offers <

For example: [H] Backwards Ballcap [W] Flipped Trilby

You may trade any items you want, whether they're TF2/Dota2/CS:GO items, it does not matter. It is called General Trading for a reason right?
