As we can see a non tier RP is much more fun then tier RP. But to make people care about their own nation while to be a bit co-ordinated we must have a system like this. There will be a tier page. But no one can announce in it. Everyone must announce in their own groups. The Tier will have a map. It will have information on all the nations in announcements in a detailed manner. Any dispute about a battle or something can be settle in a group chat in the presence of neutral leaders. We will also have newspapers and an editor will write one announcement per day, saying in brief all the actions of the nations which are part of the organisation. In this manner we can be co-ordinated as well as well as have Free RP.
