Your request form MUST include the following information:

• Weapon name (i.e. AK-47)
  
• Skin name (i.e. Redline)
  
• Condition (i.e. Field-Tested)
  
• Other notes (i.e. "This item is special because it has...etc.")
  
• Preferred length of WebM / GIF (i.e. "10 seconds long")
  
• Specific features of WebM / GIF (i.e. "Jump twice, then inspect, then spin in a 360")
  
• Item Inventory Link (Right click the item in your inventory, and click Copy Link Address)
