The Idris Removal Service is the highest authority in the realm of auditing and ship removal, and therefore is not beholden to any other authority.

Compliance to the Taxation Protocols is mandatory; Pursuant to the Code of Conduct, and Mission Statement, set forth by the Chief Commissioner of the Office of Compliance, under sanctions, and regulations of the Idris Removal Service. The details of the Code of Conduct, Mission Statement, usage of funds, fleet assets, or allegiances of the Idris Removal Service are considered CLASSIFIED. Release of these items are granted under need-to-know basis, and only to sworn members of the Idris Removal Service, pursuant to the guidelines detailed by the Code of Conduct. All actions undertaken by the Idris Removal Service are considered to be PERMISSIBLE in legality, and PERMISSIBLE in perpetuity, pursuant to the policies of the Idris Removal Service.
