Mission Statement
The “Heist Executives” is a clan dedicated to everything Payday. We watch it, we listen to it, we play it, and we breathe it. We are open to anyone and everyone who wishes to find a group of players who have the skill and competence to complete any mission professionally. Our goal is ultimate perfection of anything concerning Payday. If you f**k with one of us, expect the entire clan to answer. We are a family; we get our teammates backs, we don’t disrespect another member of the group, and we don’t hack, cheat, or use exploits to our advantage. Don’t back down, and don’t take the easy way out. Let’s challenge best times, find new ways to achieve a goal, and locate all secrets that may be hidden in the game.

Message to new members
First of all, welcome. We hope that you have a great time playing with other members of the group and make enough of a reputation to one day wear our clan tags with dignity. This being said, we have a VERY selective process upon choosing new members. If you ever beg or annoy a member of our clan wearing the -[HEX]- or -[HEX1%]- tags to obtain tags of your own, you will automatically be ineligible to receive tags. Just have fun, play normally, and try to act professional and respectful to other members; this is the best way that you can show to us you are a candidate for tags. Just remember to stick to the mission statement and kick ass!

Future goals
We want to be recognized as the best clan that plays this game with the most competent and skillful players. We won’t settle for less! We don’t require you to be good at the game, we just want players who are willing to work at and refine their skillsets.


The HEX Code
The following code is here to make every member of HEX a better player and to increase our chances of achieving our future goal.


HEX members will

• Leave no mate behind. We will take all risks and exhaust all resources to make sure that we aren’t leaving our friends at the scene of the crime.
  
• Never kick any member with a -[HEX]- tag from your game.
  
• We shall adapt to the host of the current game. They are the “owners” of the current game and have the last say on what tactics will be used to complete the current heist.
  
• When discussing a subject that could be deemed as controversial, please take the time to consider the members of the current game, channel, or chat area. When in doubt, don’t bring it up.
  
• Teasing and joking is meant to be just that. Try not to make or take anything personal(ly). On the other hand, if you are taking offense to something, politely ask the offender to stop.
  
• Push fellow members to expand their skillsets and abilities; forcing them to become better, more well-rounded players.
