Weekly inhouse friendly game (Captain mode/Allpick mode)

To anyone who feeling alittle competitive or want a friendly and exciting inhouse 5v5, I'm suggesting maybe once or twice a week inhouse games for members of this group

Please comment whether you like or dislike this idea and open for any suggestion thanks!

This sounds awesome, can even give people some practice drafting. Sadly I'm not available ATM but in a couple of weeks I'll gladly sign up!

I want it to be an event that everyone can prepare and look forward to every week.

so yeah.. this will be a good opportunity for those people who are serious and might want to start a team for ranked game

this sounds really good, but will there be any restrictions on mmr? and how about people who don't have any ranked experience yet? (like me T_T)

Sounds good. But MMR/experience should be balanced for such game. Or maybe we can do like the one in reddit, 3k vs 5k, or tbd vs 2k maybe?

I dont think there should be any restriction since it's "friendly" inhouse 5v5, for me it's more like just for fun, but at least we should try to balance the mmr of both teams

yup i agree. I think it's call "division"?

for example,
Div.A 2k-3k (including TBD)
Div.B 3k-4k
Div C 4K and above
(however in the case that there are not many people to split into Div. I think it's fine just to mix and play together at the start)

I feel that this inhouse game should be only captain mode like how EG.ZAI and PPD play on stream. However, i feel that some people might not understand the idea of captain mode and just want to play whatever hero they like and that might cause conflict during drafting later.

what do you think?

BTW, the weekly inhouse game is on saturday(tonight) starting from 1900 onward. I feel that saturday is the best day in case some people got school or work on monday so they couldn't stay late on sunday night.

I'll create a lobby and annouce in guild chat. Anyone is welcome to play and help invite more people to join this event so that people in our guild will know each other more :)
