Chatroom Rules
Due to lately having a couple of "bronies" or just plain members that think they can waltz in and act like they own the place, I am forced to post rules to the chatroom; apropos the admins and mods will have to be more strict in the process.

The chatroom, since its foundation, has been very lenient with people due to most members being bronies and in the beginning... they knew better. It has ran mainly under one general rule to this day and it's the following:

1. Don't be a ♥♥♥♥

Now then, a rule so simple can be misinterpreted in so many ways, some of us admins and mods look the other way whenever you mess up in that rule, but there are some blockheads that still don't get it, so here are some examples and not limited to:

Whenever you disrespect an admin or mod.
Whenever you disrespect or keep starting a fight with a member.
Whenever you spam, flood, or line break as to drown out the conversation so others can't talk or express their opinion.
Whenever you post NSFW content, specially when there are kids that can get punished for it, and even some of the adults there that don't want to see what you're into.
Don't psuedo-mod/admin or tell what the admins/mods to do in a negative way. One of the most annoying things is when someone tells you how to do your job over and over. Mods are looked after by admins, and admins are looked after by the head-admin, any top complaints come to me.

And so on to list a few, just add "you're being a ♥♥♥♥" to the end of those sentences and refer to the first rule.

Again, any type of Rules have been avoided in being posted because you always get the jerk who thinks they can be a little lawyer, dodge around the wording, and still be an a-hole as the admins/mods are powerless to stop them.

If you just stick to laws 100%, there can be no justice, and I think nothing better explains it than this.

Our system in dealing with troublemakers is simple. We usually first kick you, and then right after a ban. Depending on the admin and how much they're willing to put up with you, there can be one kick or more; from there, it's a judge to your character to see if you're worth the effort to put up with.

Sometimes though, a kick is a kick, it's just a warning, but if you continue to be butthurt about it and not letting go of the warning, specially true when the rest have forgotten about it already, I for example am not willing to put up with your continous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it and will remove you.

people are expressing their oppinions in a negative way in the chatrooms and this is their way of saying to stop

These are very fair rules. Don't complain about it.

the rule makes sense... it's even included in the book of common sense

Translation of the last paragraph: Admins can kick you for no real reason if you don't give them 100% of your undivided attention in casual converstation, and if you raise a fuss about it they can ban you for questioning their judgement with no consequence because you're labeled a "troublemaker" for not agreeing with them.

I suspect that I will be banned upon entering chat for the above statement with no oppprtunity to defend myself, which won't stop me from coming in to face that, but if I am banned that only proves that I was correct. That if a member of this group (even one who has been in the group for years without incident) calls out hostile behavior by an admin (for no other reason than them wanting my attention and getting it in the least diplomatic way, by abusing the kick button) they can expect not only to get ganged up on and belittled for protesting but also banned for doing so. It's not a question of "how easy it is to get back in" or "you're being butthurt", it's that there is no accountability, no consequences for misuse of power, and it frankly breeds hostlitly in an already hostile environment to kick/ban people for breaking none of the rules when you could just PM them instead and avoid the whole incident. Admins should seek to find diplomatic solutions to problems, to communicate and be willing to compromise or apoligize for a mistake on their part, but there are few willing to let their pride be questioned in such a manner here.

I've said my piece.

Spur, just shut up and stop playing the victim. I talked to you about it.

You're just trying to be a martyr, it won't stop me from banning you if you keep setting up landmines for destructive behavior.

I already worked it out with you despite not sleeping, but trust me, doing things like these really shows how you're trying to twist my arm. Be the freedom fighter you want to be, but everyone was there at how you made this a bigger deal than it should be. As for pride, I admitted how I was wrong in kicking you because it hurt your jammies. Despite that, you won't admit how wrong you were for blowing this out of proportions the entire way until this point, because you're perfect.
