Competitive Sniping Rules: Modern Warefare 3
Here you can see the settings and rules for MW3 Competitive Sniping:

Competitive Sniping(MW3) is played as a match of: Best of 3. So one team has to win 2 matches for a win. Each team will be allowed to host one game with his gamemode and map.
If a third game is required, both teams must negotiate on who chooses the gamemode, map, and side.

Breaking the rules and using/making forbidden Things will be punished and can lead to a lose or a win(or worse or better);

Third Perk: Everything except Steady aim and Sitrep
Death Streak: Holi Points Only
Equipment: Not allowed to use them
The host can make classes with the things, which are allowed, so you have not to make classes, if you want.

Using other Things, as listed
Using Secondary (no running and shooting with it)
