Information about the Duties of Senators in CoN.

Censor:

Censors are incharge of the census (they keep track of the number of RPers and RP groups in RP) and keeping track of good and bad RPers. Every two weeks they may post a report of currently active groups, RPers, and a list of destructive RPers who need to be helped or dealt with.

They hold a term of 2 Months and are elected by the Plebian Assembly.


Consul:

Consuls are the heads of the Senate are in charge of holding weekly senate meetings to discuss current RP affairs and new policies. They also appoint two Praetors and all the Aediles and Quaestors.

They have a term of one month and are elected by the Plebian Assembly.


Praetors:

Praetors act as assistants to the Consuls and are the prime legislators of the Senate. They are expected to be the senators who propose the most amount of legislation for votation.

3 Praetors are appointed by the Consul, the other 3 are appointed by the Plebian Assembly. They hold a term of one month.


Aediles:

Aediles are in charge of public order in CoN and all of RP. They assist in the arrest of unruly individuals and co-lead the CoN security Council.

They hold a term of one month and are appointed by the Consuls.


How Court Cases Work:

In the case of a trial against an RPer of any crime the trial will be overviewed by 2 of the Group Managers and it will come down to a combined vote of both the Plebian Assembly to decide if the person is guilty or innocent.

The Senate will then decide the severity of the punishment.
