What is a TF2 Hacker's Cheats and How to Detect One?
Aim Hacks(Aimbot) - These hacks automate weapon aiming and firing without any input from the player. They range from crude programs which fire at colored player models to extremely sophisticated engine hooks that detect enemies' hitboxes by reading them from memory. The most sophisticated aimbots don't even fire automatically. As the player fires near an enemy, the aimbot only assists the player with a final tweak in order to score a direct hit.
Some aimbots are also capable of predicting player behaviour by aiming ahead and firing projectiles where enemies are likely to be.

How to detect it? To suspect one, The TF2 Hacker would be spazzing around from your viewpoint while at gameplay, but if you see this, that player is possibly aimbotting. On Spectator, it would show his screen a little shaky, the reason why it is so is because the Hacker is moving from player-to-player's heads giving him the ability to instant-headshot anyone without missing which gives other players no-chance to come out of their spawns, but also if that Hacker is not Sniper and uses other classes, to detect it while they are a another class other than a Sniper, as I spoke up on the paragraph, that Hacker would usually show from your viewpoint on Gameplay that he is spazzing about which is a another type of cheat, I will show after these 2 cheats that will be introduced. The final way to detect a aimbotter is by going on the enemy team and being a cloaked enemy spy to the aimbotter, now, while he is shooting other players, he would instantly kill you anytime while you are invisible as a spy around his area.

Wallhacks - These hacks allow the user to see players through walls and other obstacles. They range from engine hooks which detect player positions to altered video drivers and game files which render clear or translucent textures. The most sophisticated wallhacks help the player "preaim" or even "prefire," preparing to shoot a foe as he comes into view. Hooking the game engine isn't necessary for wall hacking. They can be implemented through the use of custom textures or "skins" which changes the color so it can be seen through walls and obstacles.

How to Detect one? In a simple way, from your viewpoint of gameplay, he would be able to detect when the player is coming and he'll attack you instantly before you even arrive. Also, as a cloaked spy, he can see you and kill you, giving you a disadvantage to backstab him either as spy.

ESP = Extra Sensory Perception - it gives the cheater an extra sense, and ranges from a RADAR-like display of where people are to drawing text/images on the screen of where the players are, to making the texture of the player's model drawn through walls and given a matt color depending on if they are behind or in front of walls.

How to detect it? - This is more like Wallhacks, it is already explained how to detect it, but this time, this hacker can see anyone by a generated color giving everyone a disadvantage to kill him since he can see what's coming before they even arrive

Speed Hack - This type of hack causes the user to create more move command packets per second, which makes the server think the client is lagging behind so, to compensate it "speeds" up the player. This does not affect things such as reloading or firing times, as these are controlled by the server. Weapons that rely on how many user command packets are sent, or "tick delta" as the SDK calls it, can be affected. These are, ÜberCharge charging time, Cloak, Bonk! Atomic Punch, and the Demoman's shield charge reload time. Weapons that rely on the server's interpretation of time are not affected.

How to detect it - From your viewpoint on Gameplay or Spectator, he would be moving fast..
If that Hacker is heavy and he is moving quickly, he is using Speed hacks, because Heavy is a slow class.

Critical Hack - the cheat can either determine if the current frame will generate a crit and fire, or constantly force a frame where a critical hit will occur.

How to detect it - Well, From your viewpoint of gameplay or On Spectator, that Hacker would have infinite crits, giving everyone a disadvantage because he can kill anyone from like 1-2 shots since Crits do extra damage to a player or if he kills you a every time from a critical hit, he is suspected of using "Crit Hacks" WARNING:Unless you play on a server that has crits enabled from sv cheats, no one is hacking because everyone else also would have the critical effect from sv cheats. This is normal if the server has it.

Name Change Hack:This is when a player is changing their name to everyone else on the server one by one. They do this to avoid being banned or kicked.

How to detect it - This one is pretty obvious, from your viewpoint, you would see on the chat, one name changes to a another name like a cycle.

"Spinbot" Hack - This type of hack is generally used to make spectators sick or nauseated when spectating the hacker and were once a method of thwarting other hackers' aimbots. The hack alters the command packet sent to the server and not the user's actual view. This makes it so the hacker doesn't see the spin, but everyone else does. As the name implies, it just makes the hacker's character spin.

How to detect one? This is obvious because from your viewpoint on Spectator or at Gameplay, that player would be shaking around so fast. They usually use this hack to let no one suspect their aimbot.

"Spam Bot" Hack - The hacker will continuously flood the chat with nonsense spam messages.

How to detect it - It's already been explained on top. You'll see, the chat being spammed by one message or other things they type. Some programs like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spams the chat to advertise their program.
