The trick is to make a reply after the "it was applied correctly"(a question you were probably specifically not asking) so you get a human to see how bad the automoderation is. If you're right then they lift it, but don't hope that they adjusted any autoban system or inform the few human mods that remain.
If you do this step three then at least you get a real answer.

The times on my phone and computer use the 12-hour clock by default. They probably change what the default is based on where it's sold.

The phone I bought here in america from an american store using dollars had its automatic timezone set to China. Took me some digging to figure out how to change that. Just thought I'd mention it.

Its been wrong ever since the latest Steam UI upgrade, which shouldn't have had ANY effect on how they count stuff in emails. I'm sure they know about it, but I guess they have bigger things to break.

Can closed arbitration cases be opened specifically because of this move by Valve?
Also I presume anyone currently in arbitration would have a choice to continue and finish REAL SOON or toss out the arbitration process and just re-file.

5. Special skills of certain classes (Engineer, spy have a PDA/Disguise kit)
6. Learn the game modes
7. Learn the maps.
8. Coordinate with your team for definitive wins. Solo and only you know how bad you did.

Also as a beginner don't even trade. Reject any trade requests. There are plenty of scammers. Figure out the game before working towards the special items. Once you know what you want go for it.
